Anglo Saxon Printing with Year 5 – 10th January 2018

Year 5 spent a wonderful day designing and printing their own Anglo Saxon fabric.

They started off experimenting with both raised and engraved printing blocks which they made themselves.

Then they used printing ink to print continuous patterns.

their finished fabrics were fantastic.

Well done Mrs Simpson and Year 5…and thanks to Mrs Williamson for all her help throughout the day!!
